Welcome to The Nursery, Willamette Valley’s newest wedding and event venue!

The Nursery offers 2 acres of intimate event space, a full bridal suite, and is surrounded by a beautiful 80-acre historic working nursery. Our private and secluded estate is only 30 minutes from Portland and can accommodate up to 300 guests.

The Nursery offers up to 3 days of exclusive access for your event – setting us apart from other venues. We know your event is unique, and we don’t want you to have to feel rushed to achieve your vision.

  • After Oregon’s devastating forest fires cut off access to Columbia River Gorge wedding venues, The Nursery graciously opened up their gorgeous Willamette Valley country estate to couples displaced by the natural disaster. With only a few weeks left until their wedding date, my son and his fiance were one of those displaced couples.

    The owners worked with us to turn an unfortunate situation into a wonderfully memorable event! Their property provided a beautifully scenic setting for a late afternoon wedding and evening reception. The on-site Bridal Suite made available a luxurious retreat for the bridal party to prepare and relax during the day. The lawn area, with its elegant wooden gazebo, was a serene setting for the ceremony; and the ample reception patio, surrounded by landscaped, manicured grounds and overlooking a lush panoramic valley view, was a perfect space for dining and dancing. The Nursery’s hilltop location allowed for an unobstructed view of the sunset, which provided a glorious end to the joyful day!

  • A gorgeous and pretty affordable place to get married or have an event. This location is wonderful, just half an hour from Portland, a perfect spot for a beautiful country wedding. It’s beautifully maintained, with plenty of parking, and it’s set up perfectly for a wedding, with a nice area for changing/getting ready and then a great bar/sitting area and plenty of space outside for a tent or outdoor dance floor. The grounds are immaculate with beautiful plantings everywhere! This must be one of the perks for owning a nursery, you can make the gardens really shine. It’s so peaceful and lovely, I highly recommend it for your wedding or event!
