Elevated modular performer stage (sections are 4′ x 4′ each): $22/section
Events at the Nursery have up to 3 days of exclusive access on site for the period of your rental: rehearsal day, event day, breakdown.
Set up is permitted the day prior between the hours of 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM for an additional flat access fee of $500, as long as we don’t have any events booked for that day. Events may operate between the hours of 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM on the event day. All event-related breakdown and cleanup must be completed by 12:00 PM the day following the event.
Two additional appointment hours are included at no extra charge for your ceremony rehearsal. Please call in advance to schedule your rehearsal appointment.
Additional hours of rehearsal, setup and/or breakdown can be added to the contract for an additional $100 per hour.
All packages include
- Setup of tables and chairs
- Gravel parking for 75 to 100 cars
- One full bathroom within the Bridal Suite (located on the East side of the house), towels provided
- One full Bridal Suite including a bar and private entrance (located on the East side of the house)
- A 12′ x 12′ screen sided groom’s gazebo tent (this can be used elsewhere, too!)
- An elevated gazebo, with power and string lights
- One partial prep kitchen within the Bridal Suite (includes a refrigerator, upright freezer, a range, microwave, and sink)
- One 40 foot by 60 foot paved courtyard
- One 20 foot by 40 foot white walled tent
- An eight foot rolling outdoor bar
- 300 white padded wooden chairs
- 19 five foot round folding laminate top tables (pair with 120″ round linens) – seats 8 to 10
- 10 sixty-six inch round folding laminate top tables (pair with 120″ round linens) – seats 10 to 12
- 7 seven foot by 20 inch wide folding buffet tables (pair with 60″ x 120 or 136″” banquet linen – combine these to create head tables and family style dining)
- 3 cocktail height tables
- 1 five foot by 33 inch sweetheart or gift folding table (pair with 60″ x 120″ banquet linen)
- 4 six foot by 30 inch folding tables (pair with 60″ x 120″ banquet linen)
- 4 four foot by 30 inch sweetheart or gift folding table (pair with 60″ x 108″ banquet linen)
- Exclusive use of The Nursery grounds (excluding the commercial barn interiors, commercial equipment, and private residences)
- Power (located on the East side of the main house and at the Gazebo)
- WiFi Access (connectivity information located inside the Bridal Suite)
- Up to 3 days of venue access for your event
